The MIS REPORT could not be generated in Point of Sale for the month and its hanged , most commonly not responding the current application. CEPT Provide solution for this issue.
Solution:
- Please take postman DB backup.
- Please delete old data from postman supervisor ,keep 120 days data only.
- Please unzip the attached file and execute the script files obtained using script tool and see whether the issue is resolved.
If not resolved, Please follow the below steps.
- Shrink the database.
- Delete the POS Old Data i.e After taking back up through POS Supervisor delete old records through POS Admin .
- Check Network connectivity.
