Best Way to deal with Branch Office COD Articles

Follow the below method to clear the BO COD:
  1. Either electronic data available or not, send the COD article to BO by noting exact detail on COD register 
  2. Suppose COD article has been delivered in BO and BO has taken it in its BO daily account but no electronic data still available.
In this case, take it in BO daily account and dont issue service EMO for it .wait for seven days it may come .whenever electronic data available u can do BO verification in postman module by selecting the BO accounting date of concerned articles. 
Note: Suppose after 7 days still electronic data not available then you can see that COD in disaster recovery. Now you can issue service EMO to the Postmaster of the concerned offices (Not directly to the Customer) and fill the details in disaster recovery and verify it from the user of supervisor.
