Speed Net 4.4 Monthly Bill Generation error 'Run Time error 94'

While Generating Monthly Bill in Speed Net 4.4 it may shown the error message as 'Run-time Error 94'.

Solution

The above issues may be set right when we apply the below solution.
  • The reported issue might be due to non-configuration of SBCess value or configuration of earlier tax entry with effective date post 15.11.2015. 
  • Due to this, the old configured values for tax (i.e., without SBCess) will be taken as the latest entry resulting in errors during booking for Prepaid/Advance customers. 
  • Please check and if above found correct, configure the tax values properly (ST=14%, EC=0%, SBCess=0.5%) with effective date as the latest one. Option for tax configuration is available under 
'Supervisor --> Bulk Customers --> Configuration --> Miscellaneous --> Service Tax' window. 
If Still Persists,
In case of any error/problem, please taken up with CEPT with screen shots for both the booking screen as well as tax configuration.
