Speed Net 4.4 Collation error and Solution

The referred issue might be location specific and might be due to change in collation of SQL objects (viz., SQL tables).

As such, please do the following steps and check:

• Download attached zip file and unzip it
• Take full backup of POSPCC and POSPCCBACKUP databases
• Run the script files, POSPCC28032016.exl, POSPCCBACKUP28032016.exl and SP_V44_POSPCCBACKUP28032016.exl using Meghdoot ScriptTool.exe
• Check the log files generated after execution of script files
• If the script files executed successfully, then proceed further and check the SpeedNet Login and all options

Note: Please ensure that SpeedNet / SpeedNet Communication (and also POSPCC / POSPCCBACKUP database) is not in use in any machine and then execute the script file
