According to report from media – Review committee of 7th Pay commission or Empowered Committee of Secretaries has proposed minimum salary of rs 20000 per month instead of rs 18000 per month.

Union of central government employee has demand minimum salary of rs 26000 per month but review committee of finance ministry will final minimum salary of rs 20000 per month.

This all increment in salary and pay scale applicable from 1 January 2016. But due to one rank one pension scheme and election in five states this increment will be applicable in the month of Jun.

Defense person is not satisfy with salary increment recommended by committee of 7th pay commission, so defense ministry has raised demand of fresh analysis of the concern raised by the Army, Air force and Navy employee and officers.

Empowered Committee with 12 members set up on 27 January for the review and finalization of recommendation of pay scale and allowance. After the submission of report finance ministry will give final call for implementation of 7th Pay Commission Salary Hike.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given green signal for this all process and order officials to speed up review process so this recommendation could be implemented soon.
