Discontinuance of NSC KVP from 1.4.16 in DOP Finacle

As per gazette.NIC.in, MoF has decided to discontinue issue of Physical NSC / KVP certificates from 01/04/2016 and hence the menus for account opening of NSC / KVP (CSCOAAC / HOAACTD) ​have been disabled in Finacle.

Guidelines to open NSC / KVP for back-value date (for those accounts accepted through BCP / offline till 31/03/2016) will be provided shortly after receipt of the same from Infosys Team.
