The existing System of recording of APARs in respect of the officers of Indian Postal Service (IPOs), Group 'A' will continue for the assessment year 2015-2016 as the implementation of the Smart Performance Appraisal Report  Recording Online Windoe (SPARROW) has been deffered till the next assessment year du to some technical reasons.
