Procedure to return the refused SPCOD articles

Return the refused SPCOD Articles in Speed Post

Step 1 : Just take return from respective beat / Branch Office as refused 

Step 2 : Do submit account for beat or branch office and do cod verification under tools menu from super in postmen module

Step 3: While fetching from postmen spcod will come as article type "s" but dont receive it. 

Step 4 : Run Speed Net communication and if already running restore them then click on call server.

Step 5:  After execution of Speed Net communication it automatically comes under POSPCC database then scan SPCOD articles in closing bag once it has been transmitted by the EMS Client.

R Net Communication does not involve in the SPCOD transmission.

In case it does not comes under closing of back just execute the speed net communication of transmission then scan the articles. Don’t wait till next day.
