Correction in Branch Office Name for CSI

In CSI BO Mapping, Branch office Name displayed wrong/ required to delete or modify the BO Name. In this case correction may be requested to CEPT by the following procedure.

• Please see the PIN code of these offices as available at India Post PIN code directory at http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Pin/Pinsearch.aspx. 
• If any Addition / Deletion / Correction is required, the same is to be incorporated in the PIN code directory.

1. For Addition / Deletion / Correction in PIN code directory, please provide the information in the proforma available for download at ftp://cept.gov.in/Proforma/ duly signed by the Divisional Superintendent by raising a ticket in"PIN & Office Modification" module of HDMS 

2. If any Addition / Deletion / Correction is to be made in RNet / ParcelNet master data, please login to the RNet site https://services.cept.gov.in/RNet .Click on Downloads link. 

Click on the 'Add office on Central Server ' or 'Modify Office on Central server ' as per your requirement and follow the procedure explained therein. The scanned copy of the proforma duly signed by the divisional superintendent may be forwarded by raising a ticket in "PIN & Office Modification" module of HDMS

Note : Approval of Divisional Head is essential to process the above case.
