Jeevan Pramaan Agency Login for Post Offices

1. Visit Jeevan Pramaan web portal for Sign up / Login as Agency

2. Click on Agency Login to Sign Up / login into the Portal

The account sign up facility has been created for Pension Disbursing Agencies only ( Banks, Post Office etc ), who process pension orders. The Agencies can login to view or download a PDF copy of the life certificate of the Pensioner to continue their pension payment. 

3. Click on Download the Sign UP Form available on left side of the Agency Login Portal. Otherwise click on below link to download the above said form.

4. Before sign up download and fill all the required fields with duly signed copy of the sign up form. Scanned copy of the filled form is necessary to Sign Up.

5. Click on Sign Up then Enter Mobile Number to receive One time password. Once enter the OTP, we have to fill up the below details and upload the signed copy of Signup form for getting approval from Jeevan Pramaan.

6. Click on Sign up after all the required fields filled. Immediately you may receive the confirmation mail from Jeevan Pramaan portal. 

7. Once the Signup process approved you will receive the Welcome mail to Login.

Jeevan Pramaan Digital Life Certificate verified by using the login credentials which was created in Sign Up process.
