Non updation of ePayment data for SPCOD article

Non updation of SPCOD ePayment delivered

The ePayment of SPCOD delivered message was not transmitted to central server due to technical issues.

Regarding the referred issue, please do the following: 

  1. Please log on to SpeedNet MIS site . Go to COD MIS --> COD Article Tracking. 
  2. Enter the valid SP COD article number and click on Track button. 
  3. If Delivery data of the article is updated and the epayment delivery data not updated , please forward a backup of ecounter Database to CEPT through HDMS. 

Please note that a file of bigger size or such multiple files are to be sent in HDMS through Google Drive only. The procedure to be followed for sending files of bigger size e.g. database backups etc or such multiples files associated with a particular Ticket in HDMS may be accessed following the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4oTV0WGYbQwblRUdzNWVkhBQlU/edit 
Note:If epayment delivery data is updated , please ask the payment office to takup the issue with us if they are unable to effect payment to the biller
