eMO Disaster Recovery at a Glance

Disaster Recovery option is used to update the eMO details which is physically available when data is not available in eMO database. This may due to eMO database corruption.

Disaster Recovery in eMO

eMOs are need to be updated in eMO Module but relevant data's are not available in database. Do the following to update eMO PNR status using disaster recovery option which is actually paid in your office.

Disaster Recovery only enable after one month period is elapsed from the date of booking

eMO Supervisor  > eMO disaster Recovery / Disaster Redirection.

Use disaster recovery to update the paid eMOs/use disaster redirection option to redirected eMOs.The request for disaster data needs to given from eMO supervisor and wait for a day once data is received please do the paid entry in operator of eMO module. The data for disaster recovery will come after the expiry of one month from date of booking of eMOs.
