New Steps added in DM Utility 4.5

The following steps become mandatory in executing DM utility 4.5 :

Copy the golive.zip, SOLID.zip, SOLID.xls inside the DM utility folder before starting the DM tool.
Check for Office name in SOLID.xls and make corrections accordingly in Sanchaypost.

SQL Enterprise manager/ SQL Management Studio --> Post database --> Poinfo table ---> rename the office name as given in SOLID.xls
Rename pincode to SOLID in the pincode column.

Note: Always Check for NSS interest rates in nssintrate table.(should not be blank)
