Cash Book Generation Error and Solution in Accountant Module

Solution is applicable for below mentioned error in Accountant Module

Error 1: While generate Cash Book in Accountant Module it shown the error Bad File name or number. Automation error. The Callee ( server [not server application] is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed.

Error 2: Even after registering cashbook dll sometimes it happens that while generating cashbook, active x component cant create object error occurs.

Solution

• Delete the existing cashbook dll from C:\windows\system32 folder then copy latest cashbook dll and register, 
• Do the following configuration if not configured in the accounts general module 

1. Select My Office >environment  > office Particulars.
2. Enter DDOCODE if not added. 
3. Select the AccountsMIS path through browse (DAPcashbookPath), for example 

\\systemName\AccMIs\Data
