National Accounting Facility under Speed Post - SOP

Department is going to provide National Accounting Facility to the Bulk customers under Speed Post to the eCommerce companies for operations across the country. At present, the companies/ organisations having their mail/ parcel operation at more than one place have to enter into multiple agreements (BNPL) with the Department at different locations which is not suitable for large customers having operations in number of cities across the country. There has been a demand, especially from e-commerce companies, for a National Account so that a contract can be entered at one location. Interim approach towards National Account facility has been developed in consultation with CEPT. Detailed operating procedure for the scheme is annexed for information and necessary action.
