DOP Finacle Important Settings in Internet Explorer

In Some times, while we access Finacle sites getting error in newly configured system / already configured Finacle settings configure system like web page can not be displayed or diagnose error. This may due to non configuration of TLS  settings in Internet Explorer.

Solution

Transport Layer Security (TLS)  should be enabled in Internet Explorer.

• Internet Explorer should be Updated.   Internet Explorer 8 or higher version should be installed.
• TLS Settings should be enabled as follows.

Open IE > Internet Options > Advanced > Tick Use TLS 1.0

• Automatic Update should be disabled to prevent the security blocking in Java.
