Reset Call Status in ePayment Communication

ePayment Communication : Last Call Status Update

The Communication of ePayment once execute for future date that will never change in last call status in ePayment MIS until the current date will reach that future date.

In Some rare cases, Past date also not changes in last call status of ePayment MIS even the communication is executing the without error log.

Solution

This Solution should be applied by SA / in presence of SA. without SA Concern it may leads to data loss. SAs are follow the below instruction carefully.
  • Take eCounter database backup.
  • Download the attached script which is given by CEPT.
  • Execute the same using MM Script Tool.

Note: Never apply the above solution without above mentioned issues it may leads to data corruption
