R Net Communication Error and Solution

Implicit conversion of varchar value to varchar cannot be performed because the collation of the value is unresolved due to a collation conflict.

Solution:

1. Download attached Scripts given by CEPT for the above issue.
2. Execute at once using MM Script Tool.
