MM Point of Sale switch to / Retry Error and Solution

While Open a Point of Sale Module it shows an error message as Switch to / Retry, so that point of sale module could not login to do the transaction.

''This action can not be completed because the other application is busy choose switch to activate the correct them problem" - Switch to / Retry

Common Solution

Please follow the below steps. 
1.Shrink the database. 
2.Delete the POS Old Data i.e After taking back up through POS Supervisor delete old records through POS Admin . 
3. Check Network connectivity.
4. Delete Unwanted / Network Printer.
