ECS Part-2 Generator Tool for SOs

1. ECS Part-2 Generation Tool is developed by Rajesh C R.
2. It Generate the file with Extension as SAL
3. Generated .SAL files which can be easily uploaded at Sub offices in Sanchay Post counter login

Note: Some offices are facing item validation error in part2 file upload option in sacnahypost after SSA update. This tool can be used by this offices.
