Rebooking of BO eMOs in Point of Sale

The below message comes when re booking of eMOs in Point of sale Module. 

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] String or binary data would be truncated.

Solution for Rebooking of BO eMOs

  • The above issue comes due to Log file of eMO may reached its maximum.
  • To overcome the above issue, Clear the Log file of eMO database then try again.

Download

  1. Download attached clear log databases for Post Office from PoTools.
  2. Execute at once to clear the above issue.
