Printer Issues after configure with McCamish

The Epson Dot matrix Printer was configured with McCamish Settings, after that some offices are complaining that while they are printing sanchay post report, it prints on 3-4 pages with blank page.

So it is suggested that 

• They can create an additional epson printer (copy)
• Select as default printer
• use that while print sanchay post report !
