README FOR PA-17 TOOL

1. DotNet 3.5 or later
2. OS -> Preferably Win-7 or later.
3. SQL - Preferably 2005 or later.

Things to Note:

1. Please view [Monthly summary] report in Treasury Module before running this Tool,since the data is mainly fetched from table containing the above data.

2. At the first run, please update the server details (Both Meghdoot & Sanchaya).

3. After fetching the data please check & update the fields in the table if required.

4. Please copy both [PA-17.exe] and [DOSPrinter.exe] in the C:\ drive.

5. The report printed in dot matrix printer sometimes may not be clear. Use Laser

Printer for clear print

6. First use [Fetch] button for getting data, [Save] button to save data after modification, [View] button to view data as a report, [Print] button to print the report. You can use [Back] button if you need to correct the fetched data again before printing.

7. Since the data of Stamps Received & remitted would not be correctly obtained from the database, pleasure ensure to check and correct the corresponding fields in the data box before moving to the report.
