SPCOD Common Issues and Solution

When SPCOD article is scanned in transfer postman option, sometimes it is showing a message. But the scanner passes one additional enter key event. So we won't see the message. SO always try to manually type the article number in that screen and use enter key. That's why some offices complaints that the package is exited when an item is scanned. 

Message 1: some blah blah run time error

solution:
  • Once again run spcod_14082014.exl script which is available in db scripts folder in speednet folder. 
  • If (1) error shown in log, use ecounterlinked server exe from potools and run the script again

Message 2: Data not available

solution:
  • Go to Speed Net supervisor and request resend booking data. 
  • Data will be received next day

Note: if not, no booking data in central server. Contact booking office to resend it and again try the same option in supervisor.

Message 3: The pin code is different, Kindly return the article 


  • If the address is correct and if you want to deliver it, change the wrong pincode in articles and messagearticlesdata tables in pospcc database. 
  • You will be able to transfer and deliver the article without any issue.
Note : If Pincode does not match with Delivery office Pincode better Return to Sender.
