Solution for error in RD default after Upgrade patch 10

RD Default fee for Sanchay Post Patch 10

After Upgrade Sanchay Post Patch 10 (SSA) while do RD Deposit it may show the error message shown like below

Instruction: 

• Download attached files from PoTools.
• Extract the same contains two files which is 
• Paste these files into \SP5\OT folder.
