SPCOD Not Received after Many Request in Supervisor
In Some of the post offices, SPCOD was not received even we have give request many times.
- Check whether any pending files were available in "EMS Client > RXD > Data" Folder.
- If Files are available, check the Log > Error Log for the error dated.
If you found any Issues like above
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\SpeedNetServer\Articledata.txt is denied.
Solution
This issues may occur due to Permission issue by Operating System / Antivirus. Try to Give Full permission to the Speed Net Server Folder to access Speed Net Communication without any Issues. otherwise
- Uninstall Speed Net Server From you machine.
- Install the same in some other drive like D or E Drive.(other than C drive)
- Share SpeedNetServer Folder and ensure the same server path is available in SpeedNet Supervisor.
- Now Give SPCOD request at once from SpeedNet Module then Execute Communication.
Note: More than one request per day is lead to duplicate SPCOD received from Central server and it does not allow to upload in POSPCC database.
