Cannot open database PROJECT requested by the login.The login Failed

Sanchay Post Login failed issues for Report view

Some time we are facing the issues with Login failed issues in sanchay Post database. It may be occur due to non updation of user information in the databases.

Issues

While executing the report_2008 patch for NSC issue report. the error "cannot open database 'PROJECT' requested by the login. The login Failed."

Solution

1. Download latest DB Analyzer from DMCC Chennai.
2. Enter Server Name > Select DB Utilities then click on OK
3. Select Update to SQL 2000/SQL 2008 corresponding to your SQL Server version.
4. Click each and every post database then click on update to Update User details for the database.
