Goto the URL : http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in:8080 (Shall work only in Sify Network)

Login with UserID and Password given below:

User ID :- WEGXXXX (available on rack or UAT Documents)

Password:- dop@123

you can register a complaint, can see the Current Status/ Processing Log of any Issue (Ticket / Incident) Registered with Sify Help Desk
