Reason for R Net Communication Not Responding

R Net Communication Not working properly

In most of the Sub office having issues with R Net Communication, while execute it just went to Not Responding mode and not transmit / receive any files from / to Central Server.

Main Reason for Not Responding R Net Communication:

1. NSP 1 fail with internet Connectivity / NSP1 Not working.
2. Slow internet connectivity.

Other than R Net Communication module i.e ePayment, eMO Communication, Speed Net communication / Account MIS are try to transmit files with slow connectivity. But R Net Communication required little more internet bandwidth to transmit / receive file.

Solution

1. Check your NSP1 Connectivity daily basis.
2. Request to Increase bandwidth Speed to your network provider.
