Sanchay Post Error : Login Information May be incorrect

Login Information may be incorrect in sanchaya Post

In Sanchay Post some times while Opening an Application it shows an message as "Login Information Incorrec" Do you want to correct it.

This error comes due to one of the following three reasons

1. New Installation of sanchay Post Software (at first time after installing OS)
2. Network Connectivity / Database Connectivity Issues.
3. Post / Sanchay Post Related Database(s) Suspected

Solution

• There is no issues with first time installation, Just Click on Yes and Provide correct Server Name.

Network Connectivity Issues

1. Check the Network cable.
2. Check the connectivity between Server and Client Machine using Ping in CMD prompt.
3. Check the Firewall settings, it may block Sanchay Post Application.

Whenever fix the Network issues, Sanchay Post automatically connected with server. No need to enter Server name Once again.

Post database Suspected

Recover SQL 2000 DB 

Recover SQL 2000 /2005 / 2008

If not recoverable, just restore the previous database backup just before suspect.

After Restore the above issues, just click on Sanchay Post Application and Continue with your regular work.
