INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING THE PRINT

1. Don't change anything with page set ups.

2. Replace office name with TIKABALI S.O

3. Replace date of issue with 20.08.2014

4. Replace registratioon number with- 4364 & nomination number with 3337.

5. Replace holder name with RABINARAYAN CHOUDHURY

for V yr NSC-

1. Replace the 1 st line address with POSTAL ASSISTANT, TIKABALI & the 2nd lline address withKANDHAMAL, ODISHA & replace 3rd line address with 762010.

2. Replace the Date of maturity with 20.08.2019.

3. Replace the maturity amount with 15162.00

for X yr NSC-

1. Replace the address with POSTAL ASSISTANT, TIKABALI, ODISHA-762010

2. Replace the Date of maturity with 20.08.2024.

3. Replace the maturity amount with 23660.00
