FTP Downloader for Download Softwares from FTP, CEPT

WinSCP is an open source free SFTP client, FTP client, WebDAV client and SCP client for Windows. Its main function is file transfer between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this, WinSCP offers scripting and basic file manager functionality.

1. Download WinSCP Downloader from PoTools
2. Select FTP Protocol as FTP and Encryption as No encryption
3. Host Name :cept.gov.in
4. Port number :21
5. Select on Anonymous login and then click on Login button
