CSAC - to Fix 'Already logged in' Issues.

CRESET - to unlock User ID

CSAC

CSAC _ Menu is used to Release the User from Already Logged in Issues. Now this can be done only by System Administrator of Home SOL.

Note: CSAC Menu Extended to Supervisor Login also in future.

CRESET

This is to inform that a new menu CRESET is available for System Administrators for unlocking the user id's getting locked due to wrong entry of password 3 times and the same can be unlocked using the menu CRESET.

Issues : CSAC or CRESET

Some time CSAC/CRESET Menu not available in System Administrator Login it shows "Menu not available , Retry Menu." Dear SAs, Kindly follow the below instruction to invoke the above menu successfully.

1. Cear the cookies 
2. Temporary files once
3. Close the Browser and relogin.

To Clear both Cookies/temporary file in IE 8 use Ctrl + Shift + Delete
