Not Available : New Menu for clearing "Already logged in" users

User Already Logged in Issues :

Most Common issues in Finacle , User already Login. so that user not able to login and can not continue the counter operation / supervision. 

System Administrator Invoke below Menu and  Clear Already Logged in Issues:

CSAC

• Enter Logged User ID then click on Submit to Clear User Log in Issue

Note: CSAC temporarly unavailable in Finacle, it will be updated soon

Until that

System Administrator / Supervisor / Postmaster  

Invoke Menu

HSAC

Guidance:

01. Type "HSAC" in menu option and Press Enter
02. Type "D" in funtion field - Press F4
03. Now it will display List of all the Logged in / Locked User details.
04. Select User ID (Shift + F4 ) in the field e.g : " ARUN01" - Press F4
05. Press F10 to complete the operation.

Problem Still persist
