To Fix CSAC or CRESET in System Administrator Login
Most of the time while access Finacle Menu
CSAC - to Fix already login issues
CRESET - to reset locked user
Not working in System Administrator Login. It shows an Error message as
Retry Menu
Solution
To fix the above issues, kindly do the below steps
- Logout from current User if you have already logged in
- Open your Internet Explorer 8 or higher version.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete Button to invoke Delete History and Temporary files.
- Click on Delete button.
- After Delete all the Temporary internet files, close and open your internet Explorer.
- then login as System Administrator then Use CSAC/CRESET Menu without any Issues.
