SCSS / MIS Interest Not available Issues and Solution

DOP Finacle :

Many offices are sending emails that they are not able to payout interest from SCSS / MIS accounts. Please advise the offices to check the account in

 HTDTRAN 

to find out whether the interest is credited on 30/06/2014 or MIS due date; only if the entry is shown in HTDTRAN,

withdrawal of interest can be done through 

HTM

If the interest posting entry is not shown in HTDTRAN, the office should check if any verification is pending in the SCSS / MIS account. Once the verification is done , interest will get posted during EoD.
