CSAC - Fix User Already Logged in Issues
In DOP Finacle Most of the time Users are getting locked due to Internet Connectivity, damage of network connectivity or bad server response.
Contact your System Administrator to Reset User Log in Issues
Menu for Reset User
CSAC
System Administrator may Invoke the above menu and type User ID of having login issues.
then click Submit to Reset User Login.
Note: CSAC Menu has been Enabled in System Administrator
