Solution for Speed Net Login Issues

In most of the times due to system failure while working on Speed Net Module as Supervisor, we are unable to login the same in any other system due to the message.

You have already logged in( Computer Name :XXXXX ) Login Possible only in that computer for this user.

Solution

In Operator Speed Net Shows message as You have already logger in you can clear Using the following option

1. Note down the computer name in the Message.
2. Go to Tools > Todays Job Allocation > Tick Get User data.
3. Select the operator using operator code, enter computer name then click on fix.

In supervisor, we are not able to log in if the above message was shown at the time of login. so kindly follow the below solution to overcome the issue.

1. Download the below attached script.
2. Execute Once using Script Tool.
